What should I pack to wear?

Boston in early November can range from 50 degress F to 30 degrees. If you are planning to enjoy some of the city before or after the congress, plan on bringing warm outerwear.

While it should be pleasant in the hotel meeting rooms, we suggest layers for your comfort.

How can I get from the airport to the hotel?

The closest airport near Renaissance Boston Seaport Hotel is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). BOS is located approximately 3.0 Miles from the hotel.

There is no airport shuttle provided by the hotel. Taxis and ride sharing services are available, and there is MBTA bus service from Terminal C to the hotel. The time from the airport to the hotel is dependent on the current traffic.

Will there be any fun social events?

There will be an Opening Reception on Sunday evening immediately following the educational programs. This reception is included in your registration fee.

There will be a Gala Reception on Monday evening, which is not included in your registration.
